Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 1 c. shortening, 3 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 5 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix thoroughly the oleo, shortening, 3 cups sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. May need to chill dough for a little while, then shape rounded teaspoonfuls into balls (whatever size you want your cookies). Then roll the balls of dough in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Flatten a little and place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until set. Move immediately from baking sheet.
