Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cup shortening, part butter or margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 cup flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
Blend in flour, tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
