Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. sifted flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix the first 3 ingredients well.
Sift the dry ingredients and stir in.
Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
Roll into sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
(These cookies puff up at first, then flatten out.)
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
