Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft shortening, 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Mix shortening, sugar, butter and eggs thoroughly.
Blend the dry ingredients; stir in.
Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
