Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. corn oil margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Set aside.
Cream the margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs in a large bowl.
Mix and stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Chill dough.
Roll in balls, then in sugar and cinnamon mix.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
Cool on rack.
Freeze well.
