Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. cream of tartar and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix first three.
Sift together dry ingredients and stir in. Chill dough.
Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Place about 2-inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen (2-inch) cookies.
