Snicker Doodles

Cream butter, sugar, and shortening.
Add eggs, sugar, flour, soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
Mix well.
In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Roll dough into balls.
Roll balls in cinnamon mixture.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400Β° for 10 - 12 minutes.
