Snappy Chicken Balls
Snappy Chicken Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, finely chopped, 1 1/2 c. almonds, finely chopped, 1 tbsp. finely chopped green onions, 4 tbsp. major grey's chutney, chopped and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine chicken, almonds, green onions and chutney.
In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder. Combine chicken mixture and cream cheese mixture.
Chill.
Shape in bite-size balls.
Roll each ball in grated coconut. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
Garnish with tiny yellow and white flowers or candied orange peel.
Makes 80 to 90 balls.
