Snappy Carrots
Snappy Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 c. sliced carrots, 1 c. mayonnaise, 4 tbsp. chopped onions, 4 tbsp. prepared horseradish and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook carrots in a small amount of salted water until tender. Drain and place carrots in a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Stir into carrots.
Mix crushed crackers with butter.
Sprinkle on carrots.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
This may be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
Serves 8.
