Snake Eyes
Snake Eyes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 slices bread (whole wheat), 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. margarine and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut a 2-inch circle from the center of both slices of bread. Place the margarine in a 350Β° frying pan.
When margarine has melted, place the bread in the pan, then put 1 egg in the center of each slice of bread.
When egg is slightly firm and able to be turned, turn the bread and allow to cook for about one more minute or two.
