Snack Meatballs
Snack Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk, 5 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 lb. ground meat and 2 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine milk, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and soup mix; blend well.
Let stand for about 5 minutes.
Add beef; mix well. Mixture will be moist.
Shape into balls, using one tablespoon for each.
Place on rack in broiler pan.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes; do not turn.
Combine remaining Worcestershire sauce and remaining ingredients in saucepan; cook, stirring until heated through.
Add meatballs; serve.
May be frozen and reheated.
