Smurf Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box pancake mix, 1 can blueberries and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix pancake mix per instructions on box.
Use 1/4 less water or milk than directions call for.
Open blueberries but do not drain.
Add complete can (including syrup) into mix and stir well. Batter should turn completely blue.
Cook per package directions.
