Sift sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon into a bowl.
Bring oil, oleo, cocoa and water to boil.
Pour hot mixture over flour mixture and beat.
Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add to flour mixture along with eggs and vanilla.
Beat entire mixture.
