Smaženice
Smazenice is a Moravian mushroom scramble, quick and earthy, with wild mushrooms folded into soft eggs, onion, caraway, and herbs. Serve it on rye toast while the eggs are still creamy and the mushrooms juicy.

Cook onion in butter until translucent, then add mushrooms with salt and caraway.
Saute until the mushrooms release their liquid and the pan turns glossy rather than watery.
Beat eggs lightly with pepper and pour them over the mushrooms.

Finish with herbs and serve immediately on rye toast.
