Slush Punch
Slush Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) boxes lime jello, 3 c. granulated sugar, 2 qt. hot water, 1 large can pineapple juice and 9 to 10 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix and dissolve jello, sugar and hot water.
Add pineapple juice, lemon and cold water.
Mix well.
Freeze in 3 portions in plastic containers.
Allow at least 2 days to freeze.
When ready to serve, take 1 portion of frozen mixture and put in punch bowl. Pour ginger ale over frozen mixture, then use an ice pick to make a slush mixture.
Repeat with another frozen mixture and ginger ale as needed.
