Slow-Roasted Ribs is an easy dinner. Made with 6 lb. beef short ribs, salt and pepper and barbecue sauce (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 500°.
Pour about 1 cup water into a roasting pan. Put the ribs, fat side up, on a rack in the roasting pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300° and continue roasting until the ribs are tender, about 2 1/2 hours longer.
