Sliced Cookies
Sliced Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. oleo (softened), 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream together oleo and sugar, then add slightly beaten eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add flour and baking soda, making a soft dough. If dough is too sticky, add more flour till easy to roll.
Then make long rolls and lay on a cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° until golden brown.
Let cool, then ice with any light icing and slice as you like.
