Slaw
Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, finely shredded, 1 large green pepper, finely shredded, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix the sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, celery seed and dry mustard.
Bring ingredients to a boil and pour over the cabbage, pepper and onion.
Let stand at least 6 hours.
Keep in refrigerator after it cools.
