Slaw
Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine vinegar, sugar, water, celery seed, dry mustard and salt; bring to a boil.
Cool and add cooking oil.
Heat to boiling again. Grate cabbage finely, slice onions and layer in bowl.
Pour hot mixture over cabbage and onions.
Cover and refrigerate.
This may be made the day before serving.
