Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white vinegar, 1 large cabbage, shredded, 1 jar pimiento, 1 bell pepper, chopped and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring vinegar to boil and pour over mixture of cabbage, pimiento, bell pepper, salt, celery salt, sugar and oil.
Slice the onions in rings and let stand in ice water. Drain onion rings. Add to mixture and let stand overnight.
