Skip-a-Step Lasagna
Skip-A-Step Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 9 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese and 16 oz. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Layer uncooked noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and Ricotta cheese, 1/3 at a time, in baking dish.
Pour boiling water around edge of dish.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
May substitute mixture of cottage cheese and 1 egg for Ricotta cheese.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
