Skinny Dips
Skinny Dips is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes, baked, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1 green onion, chopped if desired and 1/2 c. buttermilk or blue cheese dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out most of potato. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and green onion over skins.
Heat in oven at 350Β° for 4 to 5 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with dressing.
