Skillet Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. french fried onion rings, 1 pkg. onion gravy mix, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 pkg. frozen peas and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef; pour off drippings and blend in gravy mix, garlic, salt, water and rice.
Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in peas.
