Skillet Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped dates, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, beaten and 2 c. rice krispies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix all together except Rice Krispies and nuts.
Bring to a boil, cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add Rice Krispies and nuts, mix until coated.
Make into balls and roll in coconut.
