Skillet Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 lb. butter and 1/3 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a skillet and bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and add peanut butter and Quaker oats.
Mix well and quickly spoon onto wax paper.
When cool, store in refrigerator to keep chocolate from turning white.
