Skillet Candy
Skillet Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 box chopped dates and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat sugar into eggs.
Put the margarine in skillet and add eggs and sugar, cook until thickened.
Take off heat, add the chopped dates.
Let cool and add the pecans and Rice Krispies.
Add vanilla.
Stir, cool until lukewarm.
Roll into balls.
Roll in coconut.
Ready to serve.
