Made with 2/3 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and 4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion, garlic and ginger in butter in a large skillet 2 minutes.
Add cabbage and carrot; stir-fry over medium heat about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in soy sauce, pepper and paprika.
