Skillet Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, 2 tbsp. bacon drippings, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 8 c. chopped cabbage and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp and set aside to drain.
Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in pan.
Saute onion and cabbage in drippings until tender, stirring often.
Add salt, paprika and sour cream and stir well.
Heat through, but do not boil.
Crumble 1 slice bacon over each serving.
Serves 6.
