Combine flour and yeast; set aside.
Combine milk, water, salt, sugar and butter; heat until sugar, salt and butter melt. Add to the dry mix and cover.
Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Turn onto a floured surface.
Make into rolls and brush with melted butter.
Let rise for 15 minutes.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes.
