Sixty Minute Rolls
Sixty Minute Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 pack dry yeast (rapidrise) and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Insert dough hooks into mixer.
Thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
Combine milk, water and margarine into saucepan and heat over low heat until liquids are warm; margarine doesn't have to melt.
Gradually add to dry ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Scrape bowl occasionally.
Add 1/2 cup of flour to make thick batter form into ball.
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
Cover; place bowl over pan of warm water.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Cut out and place in pan.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 minutes.
