Six Layer Dinner
Six Layer Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sliced, peeled raw potatoes, 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 medium onion, sliced, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 c. sliced raw carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Layer potatoes, corn, onion, meat and carrots in 3-quart casserole, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
Pour tomatoes over top.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 3/4 hours or until vegetables are done.
