Six Layer Dinner
Six Layer Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large potatoes, sliced, 1 c. uncooked macaroni, 1 lb. ground meat, 1 large onion, sliced and 1 large green pepper, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place thick layer of potatoes in greased large baking dish. Add layer of macaroni.
Break up ground meat evenly over top.
Add layer of onion, green pepper and carrots.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and sugar over top; add tomatoes.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
Top with cheese and bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
