Brown ground meat with onion in skillet.
Season to taste.
Put in the bottom of a 4 or 5-quart pan.
Then add sliced potatoes, carrots, peppers, rice and tomatoes on the top.
Layer in that order.
Cover and bake at 350Β° about 2 1/2 hours.
