Six Layer Dinner
Six Layer Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sliced carrots, 2 c. celery, sliced, 1 onion, sliced, green pepper rings and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
In a 2-quart casserole dish or cooker, layer carrots, potatoes, celery, ground beef, onion, tomatoes and pepper.
Add salt between each layer.
Cover dish.
Cook at 350° for 2 hours or on 275° for 1 1/2 hours in slow cooker until carrots are tender.
