Six Course Casserole
Six Course Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, uncooked, 2 large potatoes, sliced, 1 onion, chopped, 1/4 c. rice and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Crumble 1/2 ground beef in the bottom of an 11 x 3-inch pan (save 1/2 for top).
If using raw rice (not Minute), bring to boil and soak while preparing other ingredients.
Layer ingredients in order given, 1/2 meat last.
Pour soup over all (can thin with a little water, if desired).
Cover, bake at 325° to 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
