Sinful Lemon Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring and 3 c. flour, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Use 1 teaspoon of dough rounded into a ball and flattened for each cookie.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until very lightly brown.
Put 2 cookies together with lemon filling and roll in confectioners sugar.
