Sinful Chocolate Pie
Sinful Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chocolate wafers, crushed, 6 tbsp. butter, melted, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. real chocolate bits, 5 egg yolks and 3 tbsp. kahlua (or you may use vanilla or coffee), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In blender, combine chocolate bits, egg yolks and Kahlua at medium speed.
In saucepan, heat cream until it comes to a boil. With blender on low speed, pour hot cream into top of blender. Blend on high for 1 minute (the hot cream will melt the chocolate bits and cook the yolks).
Pour mixture into pie shell and chill for 3 hours.
Do not freeze.
Very rich; will serve 12 easily.
