Simply Scrumptious is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. partially thawed frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), 1 can creamed mushroom, chicken or celery soup, 1/2 c. swiss or cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/3 c. sour cream and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, shredded cheese and 1/2 can French fried onion rings together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle remaining French fried onion rings on top.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly; serve hot.
