Silly Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, sliced, 1 (10 oz.) tomato soup, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. wine vinegar and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dice onion, green pepper and celery.
Set aside.
Cook carrots until tender.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer 10 minutes.
Pour over carrots.
