Sicilian Supper
Sicilian Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 c. water and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender.
Boil chopped green pepper until tender.
Add tomato paste, water and salt and pepper to meat; simmer 5 minutes.
Heat milk and cream cheese; blend well.
Stir in green pepper, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and cooked noodles.
In casserole, alternate layers of meat sauce and noodle mixture, ending with layer of meat sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle on remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
