Sicilian Broccoli
Sicilian Broccoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch broccoli, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced, pitted large black olives and freshly grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Divide broccoli into flowerets and steam until cooked but still crisp.
Place in a warm serving dish.
In a small pan, melt butter.
Saute garlic in it for a few minutes and add sliced olives.
Pour butter mixture over broccoli.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve with lemon wedges.
