Shrimp with Rice
Shrimp With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. shrimp, 1/2 c. rice (white or brown), 4 scallions or 1 small onion, chopped, 1/4 c. oil and 2 eggs, lightly scrambled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Boil rice according to box directions.
Rinse rice so it will not stick together.
In frying pan, fry onions in oil until clear; add shrimp and fry until pink.
Add rice to shrimp mixture; stir until onion and shrimp are evenly distributed through the rice. Add eggs, mixing until they are evenly distributed.
Put cover on pan; reduce heat to low and cook 15 to 20 minutes until eggs set.
