Shrimp Wiggle
Shrimp Wiggle is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans shrimp, drained, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (save some of the juice), 2 c. heavy cream and 1 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook in a double boiler about 2 or 3 hours, until thick and shrimp fall apart.
(This is a double recipe and may be cut in half, if desired.)
Good on toast or on saltine crackers.
