Shrimp Turnovers
Shrimp Turnovers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, 1 tsp. horseradish, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. prepared mustard and 1 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Grind shrimp.
Combine all ingredients except pastry stick and cream; blend into a paste.
Prepare pastry stick as directed.
Roll very thin and cut into 2-inch circles.
Place 1 teaspoon of filling in center of each circle.
Moisten edges with cold water; fold over and press edges together with fork.
Prick tops and brush with cream.
Bake in a hot oven, 475Β°, for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 48 turnovers.
