Shrimp Supreme
Shrimp Supreme is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut shrimp in half lengthwise.
Combine next 5 ingredients; mix well.
Add shrimp and toss gently to coat.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet; add shrimp.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 5 minutes (until shrimp turn pink).
Remove shrimp and set aside.
Drain drippings, reserving 2 tablespoons in skillet.
Add onion, chopped red pepper and garlic to skillet. Saute until tender.
Add zucchini and saute 2 minutes.
Stir in shrimp, cooked rice and cashews (optional); cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
