Shrimp St. Augustine
Shrimp St. Augustine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. raw peeled shrimp, 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Lightly saute mushrooms, onion and peppers for 1 minute in 3 tablespoons butter.
Blend in flour; stir and cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
Blend all ingredients, saving enough cheese to sprinkle on top.
Place in a buttered casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
