Shrimp Spread
Shrimp Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large shrimp, 2 tsp. salt, thyme, peppercorns to taste, 16 to 18 stuffed green olives and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Shell, devein shrimp and place in boiling salted and seasoned water.
Boil until the shrimp turn pink.
Drain and dice the shrimp.
Dice the green olives.
Combine all ingredients with mayonnaise.
Season with pepper to taste.
Serve with crackers, cocktail breads or spread in celery sticks.
