Shrimp Spaghetti
Shrimp Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked spaghetti (7 oz. uncooked), 3/4 c. real butter, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 24 oz. raw cocktail size shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Peel and devein shrimp you may use thawed frozen shrimp.
Cooked spaghetti; set aside.
In heavy 3 quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat (5 to 7 minutes). Add remaining ingredients, except spaghetti, tomatoes and cheese. Stir to blend.
Medium heat until shrimp turn pink (5 to 7 minutes).
Cooked spaghetti.
Continue cooking until spaghetti is heated through. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add tomatoes.
Cover and let stand until tomatoes are heated through.
To serve
Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
