Shrimp Sherry
Shrimp Sherry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. broccoli flowers, 1 c. bell pepper strips, 1 c. onion strips and 1 c. snow peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Vegetables and shrimp in butter, individually. Set aside in warm oven.
To chicken broth made from bouillon cubes, add cornstarch and a couple of good "glugs" of sherry. Cook thickened.
Put all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over rice.
