Shrimp Salad
Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. boiled, peeled shrimp, 1 head iceberg lettuce, 2 shallots, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped and 2 large tomatoes, cubed or pared, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash lettuce and cut in 1/4-inch strips.
Drain.
Then add shallots, onion, shrimp, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise and stir all together.
Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
